The club is always seeking new members and offers two free trial sessions so you can see whether you like it (a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms is all that is required for these taster sessions).
We know it can be intimidating when you’re first starting out (we had to do the same thing remember), so we’re happy to talk to you in person or on the phone.

Once you become a member, the club provides access to a private Facebook page where we post club information, details of forthcoming classes, grading notices and details of external seminars.
